Swimming season from 25 April until 13. September 2026
The bathing season ends on 13 September 2026.

Due to the time of dusk, the Bundesbad will close at 6.00 pm from Monday 7 to Sunday 13 September 2026. (Ticketing office closes at 5.00 pm, swimming area closes at 5.30 pm.)

Additional times for returning tickets and keys and clearing out lockers and changing rooms: Monday 14 and Tuesday 15 September 2026, from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm. Swimming is not permitted during these additional times.

Please note

that once we reach full capacity, the sale of day tickets for the Bundesbad Alte Donau may be temporarily stopped.

  • Monday through Friday from 9 am to 7:30 pm
  • Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 8 am to 7:30 pm
  • From 1 June to 15 August open until 8 pm
  • From 7 to 13 September open until 6 pm

Leave water until 30 min prior to closing time
Cash desk open until 1 h prior to closing time

During bad or cool weather, the public swimming area will remain closed or may be closed early.
